Love this, but I hope you go over it again. It's such a cute picture, and if you fixed a few things like the weird thing going on with the bathtub behind her head and added a few drips of water coming off her mane it would be perfect.
As for the water effect, I only used the blur tool, nothing more. I casted the shadow from the vector itself, but after using the blur effect. I didnt know it would turn out like that, and ill avoid that in the future. Thank you for liking and giving your opinion, I really apreciate any feedback.
very interesting use of the blur effect to create an intended wet effect. But I think it would still look better without the blur, seems like it makes it a little out of place. but maybe it's just me.
did you use a stamp tool to cut out the rest of the water that Twilight is covering? because that's a very hidden and unnoticeable effect you pulled off if you did do that.
and great angle of tilting the shadow and good job at adding the shading to Twilight. But I notice the cast shadow behind her . . . seems to not quite match Twilight's body form. such as I see no horn. did you distort the shadow of the vector, or did you draw it yourself?
